We will be featuring wines from the Portfolio of Trinchero Family Estates paired with a 5 Course "Restaurant Farm to Table" menu featuring Locally raised Duck, Michigan Wild Mushrooms, Michigan State University Cheeses, locally picked Strawberries and Fresh Chives and herbs grown here at Dusty's.
